It also gave me a strong understanding of the operational pressures many healthcare businesses face, including staffing, equipment needs, cash flow, and growth planning.
In addition to my healthcare background, I also have previous experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker, working with business owners and investors on commercial property financing. That experience helped shape my understanding of how the right financing structure can support business growth, expansion, and long-term planning.
